How reviews work
- Every review comes from a customer of 24 Frames Media who received a personal review link.
- Every genuine review is published, whatever its star rating.
- A review is not published if it comes from someone who is not a customer, is spam or advertising, contains offensive language, contains personal details about other people, or is not about the work of 24 Frames Media.
- 24 Frames Media does not edit reviews.
- When a customer received something in return for a review, such as a free case study, the review says so.
- A reviewer can ask for their review to be removed at any time by emailing howard@24framesmedia.com.
- "Contact this reviewer" sends your message to the reviewer by email. The reviewer's email address is not shown, and the reviewer decides whether to reply.
